In HelloMe, the Manage Agent Users sub-module lets admins create, view, and manage individual user accounts for each Agent and Agent Branch.

An Agent User is a staff member or operator under an agent or branch who needs login access to carry out tasks like:

  • Managing transactions,
  • Handling customer KYC,
  • Monitoring payouts,
  • Running agent-side operations.

This module helps HelloMe:

  • Control who works under each agent or branch.
  • Assign clear roles and permissions to each user.
  • Track user-specific actions for security and compliance.
  • Update user access or security settings when needed.

βœ… Home Page​

The main page shows a list of all Agent Users with:

  • Name
  • User Name
  • Email
  • Linked Agent & Branch
  • Role (Sending or Receiving)
  • Type
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Actions: Profile, More (Edit, Delete, Change Pin Code, Change Password)

Filter by:

  • User Name
  • Role
  • Country
  • Agent
  • Agent Branch
  • Status

This makes it easy to find and manage specific users quickly.


➑️ Actions​

Each user row has:

  • Profile: Opens a detailed view of the user’s personal and account info.
  • More: Shows options to:
    • Edit User: Update user details like name, role, contact info.
    • Delete: Remove the user account.
    • Change Pin Code: Reset or update the user’s transaction PIN.
    • Change Password: Reset or update the user’s login password.

The Profile page shows:

  • Full Name
  • Agent Role ID
  • Phone, Email
  • Register Date
  • Agent & Branch
  • Address & Contact Info
  • Account Info:
    • User Name
    • Agent Role
    • Is IP Check Enabled
    • Is Authenticator Enabled
    • Password & Pin Code change timestamps
    • Time Zone
    • Status

This provides admins with full visibility into who the user is, where they operate, and how they are configured.


βž• Adding a New Agent User​

Click Add User (top right) to create a new agent user.

You’ll fill in:

  • Personal Info: Name, Phone, Email, Address.
  • Account Info: User Name, Agent, Branch, Role, Time Zone.
  • Security Settings: Enable IP check, 2FA, assign passwords & PINs.
  • Status: Active or inactive.

  • If her password or PIN needs to change, an admin can update it directly under Manage Agent Users.
